Police say they were chasing a stolen 2009 Chevy Malibu when it struck another vehicle, a utility pole and a building in the 2800 block of Monroe Street.
Officers say it was a brief chase that ended around 10:30 a.m.
The suspect and the driver of the other vehicle suffered minor injuries.
The identity of the suspect has not yet been released.
