Jeffrey Vipond resides in the unit block of Scarborough Park Drive in the Mill Creek Village Apartments. He has been missing since Wednesday and is reported to be suffering from a variety of emotional issues.
On Friday at 4:50 p.m., County Police received a call from a Connections CTT staff member, to report a missing person. Police were informed that Vipond was last seen at his apartment on December 23rd at 8:30 p.m. and was possibly heading to a train station. He has not taken his medication for several days and can become confrontational.
Vipond does frequent a Dunkin Donuts located on Maryland Avenue and it was reported that he does not have the mental capacity to take care of himself.
Vipond is 6'2" tall, 240 pounds, and has blonde hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue wool hat, brown sweater jacket, Khaki pants, brown lace up hush puppy shoes, and glasses.
