The Philadelphia Federation of Teachers and School District reached a settlement Friday on a lawsuit filed on Moffett's behalf.
Moffett faced being fired because the district said she gave students SEPTA tokens to attend a protest rally.
But Moffett and the teachers union said she was being punished for speaking out against the District's plan to convert her school into a charter school.
