Del. man charged with raping teenage girl

NEWARK, Del. - August 9, 2011

Javier Curiel of Newark is charged with five counts of second-degree and one count of fourth-degree rape. He is being held on $52, 500 secured bail.

Officers investigated accusations against Curiel last month.
