Two cars hit just before 8:30pm in the westbound lanes of Woodhaven Road at Mall Boulevard.
A man, believed to be 30 years old, was thrown from his car and critically injured.
Two other men and a woman are also being treated at Aria Torresdale Hospital, but are not in as bad condition.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
