Juvenile left hospitalized after Kensington shooting
KENSINGTON - September 18, 2011
They say that around 1:45 p.m., a juvenile was shot in the ankle and the elbow in the vicinity of H and Westmoreland streets.
Initial reports indicate that after being shot, the young male victim walked to a firehouse at Kensington and Castor avenues.
Medics then transported the victim to St. Christopher's Hospital. His injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
Two adult males and two young females were taken into questioning. No official word if they are connected to the shooting.
Police are seeking the gunman, who was last seen fleeing on foot.
