The 466 million dollar contribution will go toward the airport's expansion project. It's the second largest grant in FAA history.
The project will modernize terminals and cargo sites. It will also give the airport a new runway and extend two existing runways.
It's expected to be finished in 2025.
Officials say it could create 100,000 jobs.
