The fire was reported around 2:30 a.m. in the RV parked in the 1600 block of North American Street.
The RV was next to the Syed Refrigeration Company, which also caught fire.
Both the RV and the building were unoccupied at the time.
The flames were doused in about 15 minutes.
The fire marshal is investigating the cause of this blaze.
