The fire was reported around 1:45 a.m. at a house on the 1000 block of Cattell Road in Deptford Township.
Heavy fire was showing when firefighters arrived. The flames spread through the roof of the structure, causing a partial collapse.
It took crews about 20 minutes to get the fire under control.
Officials say the house was unoccupied at the time.
There's no word on what sparked the fire.
