The 7 recalled lots were made in India, and distributed in the U.S. between September 21, 2011 and December 31, 2011.
The packages carry "Glenmark" in the lower right corner. The generic name is printed across the top - "Norgestimate and Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets USP, 0.18 mg/0.035mg, 0.215 mg/0.035 mg, 0.25 mg/0.035 mg."
The affected lot numbers are:

In a news release, the company says the pills are shifted 180 degrees, so women may take non-hormonal pills when they believe they are taking ones with hormones.
It's not clear how many pills are affected, or how many of the pills were out of order.
Any woman with one of the affected lots should contact her doctor, use a nonhormonal form of contraception, and return the pills to the pharmacy.
