Police say 24-year-old Abu Koshy of Bloomfield darted across busy Route 202 in Morris Plains Monday.
Sgt. Mike Rolph tells The Daily Record of Parsippany Koshy did not use the crosswalk and the driver who hit him had a green light.
Rolph says Koshy almost went through the vehicle's windshield. He was taken to a hospital. His condition was not available.
