The accident occurred around 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Almond Road and Gershal Avenue in Pittsgrove Township.
Police say two vehicles collided with one overturned.
Action News learned from State Police overnight that 39-year-old Melissa Benner of Deerfield Township died in the crash.
Two others were taken to the South Jersey Healthcare Regional Medical Center in Vineland.
There is no word on their conditions.
