A tan Chevy Alero broadsided the ambulance just after 8:00 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Route 141 and Children's Drive.
The 51-year-old driver of the Alero was taken to Christiana Hospital and treated for minor injuries.
The two ambulance crew members were not injured.
No patients were on board at the time of the collision.
An investigation is underway to determine what caused the crash.
