It happened around 3:30 Sunday morning on Rutgers Avenue near Nicholson Road.
Authorities say the driver of the SUV lost control and the vehicle rolled onto its side.
Police tell Action News that one of the victims was ejected from the car and another was trapped underneath.
All three were taken to Cooper University Hospital. One victim was listed as critical and the others stable.
So far no word what sparked the crash.
