It happened around 8:30 Saturday night on the 4100 block of Cambridge Street in the city's Mantua section.
Police say the young girl was attacked in the back of an abandoned property.
The suspects are described at two males, short in height, 20-30 years-old, each with a dark complexion.
The victim was taken to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia for treatment.
