Shots fired at NE Phila. apartment building

Police are investigating shots fired at an apartment building in Northeast Philadelphia late Sunday night.

Officers on patrol around 11:00 p.m. heard shots fired while at a light near the 8400 block of Bustleton.

They responded within seconds finding numerous casings outside and inside the Tustin Court apartment building where one of the windows had been shot through.

So far, no injuries were reported and police are continuing their investigation.
