A hearing was scheduled for today, but was moved until October 15th.
Police say the six girls attacked the woman as she sat on the front step of her home, videotaped the incident, and then posted the video online.
One of the suspect's mothers spoke out about the charges against her daughter.
"My daughter is a human being and she deserves respect. She's going to get justice. Not guilty," the mother said.
Action News spoke exclusively to children of the victim, identified as Della, over the weekend.
They are outraged over the incident, and say their mother is now receiving 24 hour care.
