Police arrested 53-year-old Henry Dixon Tuesday after surveillance video led to several tips from the public.
Police say Dixon assaulted the young woman on October 24th while she was riding on a public bus and followed her when she exited the bus and dragged her into an alley near the 5500 block of Greene Street.
The young woman was able to get away from Dixon before he fled on foot.
Police credit the media and the public's response to the surveillance video for the quick apprehension.
