It happened around 4:00 Saturday morning on the 2700 block of Eddington Street.
Fire crews arrived and were able to pull the woman from the two-story home.
The victim was rushed Hahnemann University Hospital in critical condition with second degree burns.
The fire was later placed under control.
No word what sparked the blaze.
