The incident happened around 7:30 a.m. on the 5100 block of Wakefield Street.
According to police, the car smashed into the front entrance of the house, taking down bricks and damaging the PECO meter.
The driver was injured in the crash, however the severity of those injuries are unknown.
There are no reports of injuries to anyone inside the house.
Police are investigating what may have caused the driver to lose control.
