Police and firefighters responded to the 4000 block of Old Capitol Trail shortly after 1:00 p.m. for a report of a vehicle into a house.
Police arrived to find a SUV on the lawn of the house.
The vehicle struck a tree, which kept it from continuing into the house.
There is no information on the driver's condition at this time.
