Patrick Brown, 38, of the 1000 block of South Randolph Street and Ashley Henne, 19, of the 2600 block of Orthodox Street were arrested.
The arrests happened at Brown's home in the 1000 block of South Randolph Street, the Citywide Vice Unit said.
Police say they were led there as part of an investigation into prostitution ads on the website "Backpage."
Both Brown and Henne are charged with Solicitation to Commit Prostitution, Promoting Prostitution and Criminal Conspiracy.
