It happened at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday on the Black Horse Pike (Route 322) near Highway 54 in Folsom.
Police tell Action News a truck and an SUV collided, killing the driver of the SUV.
Images from Chopper 6 HD over the scene showed a maroon SUV lying on its side.
The victim's name was being withheld pending notification of that person's family.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
