It happened around 2:00 Saturday afternoon on the 6300 block of Morton Street.
Police say the male victim was inside a 2nd floor apartment. He was shot in the chest during a possible robbery.
The victim was taken to Albert Einstein Hospital in critical condition.
Police continue to investigate.
