Police say one suspect approached the victims in the casino parking lot Tuesday night, grabbed the 47-year-old woman's purse and got into a car being driven by the other suspect.
Police say the woman's 75-year-old father tried to stop the men, but they slammed the car door on his hand.
Police were able to track down two suspects a short time later and arrest them both.
27-year-old Tyree S. Jordan and 23-year-old Anthony Ross, both of Elkton, Maryland, are charged with robbery, conspiracy and other offenses.
Bail was set at $68,000 for Jordan and $67,000 for Ross.
