The event took place at the Academy of Music in Center City.
District Attorney Seth Williams was sworn in for a second term, and City Controller Alan Butkovitz was sworn in for a third term.
22 Municipal and Common Pleas Court judges also took the oath of office.
The Philadelphia Boys Choir and the Philadelphia Police and Fire Color Guard were on hand for the ceremony.
