It happened at 6:00 a.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of East Park Avenue in Sellersville.
Images from Chopper 6 HD showed slick conditions on East Park near Silver Street.
Traffic was getting by in the area as of 7:30 a.m., but caution was being urged.
There was no immediate word when the repairs would be complete.
