It happened around 8:00 p.m. Friday on the 3100 block of North 33rd Street.
Upon arrival officers found the 21-year-old victim shot multiple times in the torso and legs.
He was taken to Temple University Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The victim's name has not been released pending family notification.
So far police have no suspects or a possible motive.
