It happened around 7:00 p.m. Saturday at the Steel Ice Center on the 300 block of First Street.
Authorities say a hockey game was going on at the time.
About 20 people were taken to the hospital. None of the injuries appear to be life-threatening.
Officials are trying to determine what caused the incident.
