The broken main was discovered around 4:00 a.m. at the intersection of East 10th Avenue and Wells Street.
The Action Cam was on the scene where water was flowing down the street, causing slick conditions.
Crews from Aqua responded to the scene and began sanding the road and making repairs.
There is no word on if the break had any effect on homes in the area.
