The fire started just after 6:00 p.m. Wednesday in the 2100 block of Grafton Drive.
Heavy fire was showing on the first and second floors of a two story apartment building.
Everyone was able to get out safely.
The fire was brought under control in an hour.
The Red Cross of Delmarva is assisting 15 residents, including seven adults and eight children.
Damage has been estimated at $150,000 .
The Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office determined that the blaze was accidental.
