30-year-old Jessica Saienni of Landenberg is charged with Statutory Sexual Assault, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Institutional Sexual Assault, Corruption of Minors, Intimidation of Witnesses or Victims, and Unlawful Contact with Minor.
Investigators say that from June 2012 through August 2012 while teaching at Southwest Middle School Saienni had a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old male student.
On February 20, 2014, a warrant was issued for Saienni's arrest, and in the company of her attorney, she surrendered at Berks County Detectives Office on Friday.
