10-year-old Laila James was found in good health Wednesday.
She was reported missing by her parents after she went missing from their Roxborough home Tuesday afternoon.
Her parents later learned she had spent the night at the home of her grandparents, but was last seen leaving there at 7:30 this morning.
Police have not said where the girl was found.
