The Berks County Coroner says 49 year old Robert Mohler died from injuries he sustained in this attack, as he slept inside a Reading laundromat back on January 12th.
Mohler was found dead 3 weeks later in a nearby industrial building.
Prosecutors say charges against the suspects, Floyd Patterson, Irich Colon, Ana Ferrer-Reyes and Keith Allison, will likely now be upgraded.
