2 injured in Broad Street accident

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Two people were injured in an accident in North Philadelphia.

The two vehicle accident occurred shortly after 8:00 p.m. Tuesday along the 3500 block of North Broad Street.

Police say a van and car collided.

The van came to a rest against Shriners' Hospital for Children.

Both victims were rushed to Temple University Hospital for care.

Their injuries are believed non-life-threatening.
