WATERFORD TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- Firefighters are battling a major forest fire in Waterford Township, New Jersey.
The fire started early Tuesday morning at the Wharton State Forest off Route 206 and Fleming Pike.
Forest officials say the fire has burned through over two hundred acres.
The fire is not threatening any homes or businesses.
As of 9:30 this morning it was 80 percent contained.
So far, there are no injuries reported.
