LANGHORNE, Pa. (WPVI) -- Video obtained by Action News shows the moment of impact in a wrong-way crash on Route 1 in Langhorne, Bucks County that left several people injured.
It happened around 8:40 p.m. just south of I-95.
Authorities say the striking vehicle was travelling southbound in the northbound lanes.
The vehicle struck several other vehicles - some were side swiped while others were hit head-on.
There was also an accident near the scene involving two vehicles.
A total of seven people were injured but the extent of those injuries are unknown.
The driver had to be extricated from his vehicle.
All of the injured were taken to St. Mary Medical Center for treatment.
Police are investigating whether alcohol played a factor.
The crash shut down parts of Route 1 and drivers were detoured while the scene was cleared.
