Car, school bus collide head-on in Port Richmond

PORT RICHMOND (WPVI) -- A car and a school bus collided head-on in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia.

The crash happened just before 12 p.m. along Delaware Avenue near Venango Street.

At least one person in the car was hurt, rescuers said.

The view from Chopper 6 showed firefighters surrounding the car, which had heavy front-end damage.

There were no children on the school bus at the time.

There was no immediate word on a cause of this crash.
