Photos from the 2019 Philadelphia Juneteenth Parade

West Philadelphia (WPVI) -- Philadelphia celebrated African American history Saturday with the 2019 Juneteenth Parade. For the first time, this parade marched through West Philadelphia, ending with a festival in Malcolm X Park at 52nd and Pine.
