Chestnut Hill Business District grant

CHESTNUT HILL (WPVI) -- The Chestnut Hill Business District received a big grant Thursday for their Pedestrian Lighting Project

The Department of Community Economic Development gave the district a $225,000 dollar check.

State Senator Art Haywood was there for the check presentation.

The lighting project will help improve pedestrian safety, and nighttime illumination in the area.
