Dozens of couples day 'I Do' in Valentine's Day Extravaganza at City Hall

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Dozens of couples flocked to Center City this Valentine's Day to say their "I Do's" in front of a judge.
The event took place at City Hall and the ceremonies kicked off at noon in one of the courtrooms.
The 18th annual Valentine's Day Extravaganza began with opening remarks from judges before approximately 50 excited couples exchanged their vows.
