Single-vehicle crash on Route 611 in Tinicum Twp.

OTTSVILLE, Pa. (WPVI) -- A single-vehicle crash that left at least one person injured is slowing traffic on a busy Bucks County thoroughfare.

It happened before 5:30 a.m. Wednesday on the northbound side of Route 611 (Easton Road) near South Park Road in Ottsville, Tinicum Township.

Images from Chopper 6 HD over the scene showed a vehicle lying on its side in a wooded area next to the road.

Initial reports indicated the driver was trapped in the wreckage.

There was no immediate word on the extent of that person's injuries.

The northbound side of the two-lane highway was blocked as first responders worked to free the victim.

Traffic was being intermittently allowed past the scene on the southbound side.
