Man stabbed in the chest in Crescentville

CRESCENTVILLE (WPVI) -- Police say a man was stabbed in the chest in Philadelphia's Crescentville section.

It happened around 10:00 p.m. Saturday in the 5300 block of Tabor Avenue.

The victim, a man in his 40s, was taken to Einstein Medical Center in critical condition.

Police took witnesses in for questioning.

No word on a motive or any possible suspects.
