Delaware man charged with 7th DUI

HARRINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- A Delaware man has been charged with DUI for the seventh time.

Joseph Dopirak Jr., 50, was stopped early Saturday.

Harrington police say the Felton man for speeding the wrong way down South DuPont Highway.

Police say Dopirak wasn't supposed to be driving a vehicle without an ignition interlock device.

He was arraigned and is now being held in the Sussex Correctional Institute.
