Deadly shooting in Wilmington, Delaware; victim identifed

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a deadly shooting in Wilmington, Delaware.

It happened before 10 p.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of Maryland Avenue.

Officers arrived to find 29-year-old Brian Brooks of Wilmington lying on a porch.

Medics rushed him to Christiana Hospital in critical condition.

He later died.

Police are asking for the public's help identifying and tracking down the gunman.
