Pickup truck flips, lands on guardrail on I-495 in Del.

EDGEMOOR, Del. (WPVI) -- One person is hospitalized after a rollover crash on Route 495 in Edgemoor, Delaware.

It happened shortly after 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the northbound lanes.

Police say the driver of a pickup truck lost control, causing the truck to rollover several times.

It came to rest on top of a guardrail.

The victim, who was in the pickup truck, has been taken to a local hospital. No word on their condition.

All northbound lanes on Route 495 near the Edgemoor exit were closed during an investigation.
