Teen arrested in shooting of Delaware man

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Police in New Castle County, Delaware have arrested a teenager for shooting a man in Wilmington.

The shooting happened just before 5:30 Monday morning in Edgemoor Gardens.

Police say the 15-year-old suspect and the 27-year-old victim were acquaintances and had gotten into several verbal altercations.

The victim was shot several times, but has already been released from the hospital.

The teen remains in police custody.
