Taking your aggression out at the gym may not be a good thing.



We know exercise improves heart health, but strenuous exercise when you're angry can spark problems.



That's according to a study in the journal "Circulation."



It involved more than 12,000 people, and showed an intense run while upset or angry doubled the risk for having a heart attack within the hour.
