ELSMERE, Del. (WPVI) -- Fire investigators are working to determine what sparked a house fire in Elsmere.
It broke out before 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of Tamarack Avenue.
Firefighters arrived to find smoke pouring from a one-story home.
It took them less than 20 minutes to bring the blaze under control.
No one was home at time. Damage to the structure is estimated at $20,000.
Three adults and a child have been forced to seek shelter elsewhere.
