Some of the most popular popstars are promoting some pretty unhealthy foods to teenagers.

A report published in Pediatrics looked at more than 500 celebrity endorsements and found the majority of food and drinks targeted at teens were deemed "poorly nutritious" because of their high calorie count, high sugar, salt and fat levels.

The commercials were YouTube based.

Study authors would like to investigate the impact this has on kids' health.

Of course, we're seeing more teenagers face obesity and even diabetes.

Many in healthcare including myself would like to see healthier foods promoted to help teens make better choices.

The earlier healthy habits are picked up, the greater the chances are that they'll last.
